Online Personal Training via Email
This program offers the flexibility of having Jeremy Scott, a top fitness professional, review and revise your workouts as you progress “Anytime Anywhere”. Great for those busy professionals on the go who wish to get into shape. There are several options to choose from, allowing you to select the option that is best suited for your specific needs, whether you’re in the Phoenix area or anywhere in the world!

1. Fitness Assessment – a 15-30 minute initial phone consultation will cover your medical and injury history and your health and fitness goals. We will begin as soon as you have paid for your package. You will also have the option of uploading photos of yourself via Email to track your progress before and after your training is completed.
2. Personalized Fitness Program – your fitness program will be emailed to you within 3 business days of completing the assessment process so that you can get started right away. Guaranteed.
3. Personalized Exercise Instruction in Convenient Formats – detailed descriptions on how to perform each exercise, how you should benefit from them, and what body part and muscle group you are working.
4. Ongoing Support – You will have unlimited email access throughout your entire program. I will return all emails within 24 hours of receiving them guaranteed. Telephone support will also be available for clients during the service agreement, M-F 8am to 6pm MST.

To all the women out there who fear if they lift weights they will look like “Big and Bulky” should erase that thought. It just won’t happen. For a simple reason: hormones. Women are from the planet Estrogen; men are from Testosterone. The professional female bodybuilders that show up on the pages of muscle magazines gained their extreme muscle mass with the aid of supplemental anabolic/androgenic steroids.
In today’s world, women are obsessed with weight control. Unfortunately, that obsession normally centers on the bathroom scale and does not consider changes in body composition.
