It’s about the Finish www.jeremyscottfitness.com

It’s not about where you start but where you finish in life some of us started out rich, some poor, some middle of the pack……..same goes for your health and fitness journey. Some of us start out paper thin with zero muscle mass and couldn’t gain weight good or bad to save their life, others start out huge and gain weight just looking at a burger and fries.

Each comes with its own set of benefits and struggles, I personally was the poster boy for paper thin, no muscle, no size, no definition, being a 22 year old college basketball player you would have thought my abs would have at least been popping…..WRONG!!!

I found myself at the end of my playing days about 165lbs standing 6’1 with double digit body fat, not a great place to be. I will share my secret with you all once again……..”I eat really, really clean and work my ass off in the gym.”

The point of this blog is to let you guys know, you can do anything you want it just comes down to “HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?” me personally I wanted to change my body more than anything and I am still working everyday to make it better.

Fitness provides a lot of truths not found in the outside world, the mirror never lies to you, a mile run is always a mile run, 200lbs is always 200lbs, there is no try in this world you either do or you don’t.  You either finish the mile or you quit, you either lift the 200lbs or you drop it, the mirror always shows you exactly what you look like…….for better or for worse.

I wasn’t born with some amazing body, it’s taken me dedicating just about every day for the past 5 years to get where I am at and I have
learned more about my dedication, my drive, my work ethic, and my will power in these last few years than most people will their entire life.

Point is we are all given a different hand to play, you can’t blame things on genetics…….the way I see it the worse genetics the more opportunity you have to  push yourself and make even bigger and better changes………fitness like life is how you view challenges…..don’t back down embrace yours!!!!

You have all started your fitness journey from some point, now it’s up to you how you finish it!!!!!

Kick Ass!!!!
