How long have you been coming to JSF boot camps?
I started attending JSF boot camps March 28, 2011 (almost 6 months ago!!)
What was your fitness regimen prior to JSF boot camps and what made you choose/switch to JSF Boot camps?
Prior to attending JSF, I had done cardio workouts at the gym, at home work out videos (P90x), and stayed active playing hockey. I had a 6 month period where I was unable to be active due to a health issue and when I was released to be active again I needed something to jump start my motivation. I found JSF, and have been “hooked” ever since.
What do you like best about JSF boot camps?
I love the atmosphere of it all. When you walk into a camp everyone is excited to be there. They are friendly and support each and every person in that room. They really are here to help you become the best you can be. It feels like family. I LOVE the short 30 minute intense workouts, that show amazing results when you give it your all. It’s like anything, what you put into it; is what you get out of it; except JSF is there to support every step of the way.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Free time what’s that?? 😉 In my free time I like to spend it with my family and friends!! And I LOVE COLLEGE FOOTBALL… GO BIG RED!!
What’s your favorite cheat meal? Pizza and wings
What is your Advice for other members?
You can do anything in 30 seconds… EVEN BURPEES!!!!!
