How long have you been coming to JSF boot camps? Since July 2011
What was your fitness regimen prior to JSF and what made you choose/switch to JSF Boot camps?
Running and fitting in classes at the gym when I could, but nothing consistent. My strength training was definitely lacking on my full marathon this summer. After completing that and feeling like I had hit a plateau, I wanted to find something that would allow me to still have time to run, but challenge me to push myself further, both in running and as an all around athlete. Since going to JSF boot camps, I have decreased my half marathon time by 20 minutes, and I am in better shape now, than I was as a college cheerleader!
What do you like best about JSF boot camps?
The variety and challenge in exercises…I am working muscles I never knew I had before! It is a wonderful atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to be successful.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Run, read, hang out with friends and family, and watch sports (particularly college football…Go Huskers!)
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
Hamburger pizza and buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing!
What is your Advice for other members?
Start small, just two more push ups or five more seconds of sprints, by doing this every time you work out, you’ll be amazed by how the small things stack up!
