Where are you originally from?
How long have you been coming to JSF boot camps?
I have been going to JSF boot camps for about a year now.
What was your fitness regimen prior to JSF boot camps and what made you choose/switch to JSF Boot camps?
Before JSF boot camps I had a hard time finding a fitness regimen that I could stick with and was interested in. I tried classes at the gym, exercise videos at home, and running. All of these regimens didn’t last long because I got bored and didn’t see any results.
What do you like best about JSF boot camps?
I like JSF because every bootcamp is different, and the energy is high and keeps you wanting to come back. The JSF team keeps you motivated and is always there to answer questions and push you to your limits.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy hiking, riding my bike, traveling, and enjoying margaritas by the pool!
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
Anything with chips!
What is your Advice for other members?
Find a workout that you enjoy and stick to it
