Jeremy Scott Fitness & 360 Hoops are teaming up for a HOT SUMMER of training for any young basketball athletes out there looking to take their game to the next level and have some fun doing it at the same time.
These amazing small group training camps will include not only small group basketball instruction but also small group speed and strength training instruction as well giving your youth an amazing well rounded experience to take into next season.
Every Camp Includes
Fundamental Breakdown of Shooting & Ball handling
Flexibility & Mobility Work – teaching proper dynamic warm ups
Nutrition – what to be eating to improve performance and for lean muscle gains
Functional Strength Training for over all performance during game play
Plyometrics – learning what it takes to jump higher and move quicker
Active game play 2 on 2, 3 on 3, 5 on 5, 21-tournament play and more…
Competitive drills – lightning, hot shots, 3 point & free throw contests, and knockout
All of the programs at JSF & 360 Hoops are designed to help increase overall athletic and basketball development. Our goal is to improve performance with our small group instruction as we focus on athlete’s speed, agility and movement patterns to ensure they are communicating on the floor and improving their court vision and reaction time. Above all else they will be learning mental toughness, teamwork and gaining confidence as they move into the next season.

Camps Run M-W-F each week from 10am -12 noon
Camps are set up in 4 week blocks

4 Week Session – $400 for all 4 weeks
3 Week Session – $360 for 3 weeks
2 Week Session – $280 for 2 weeks
1 Week Session – $160 per 1 week

Camps will be conducted by B.J. Letcher – Founder of 360 Hoops and Jeremy Scott of Jeremy Scott Fitness.
–B.J. has personally trained over 300 young basketball athletes and built a reputation as one of the Top Trainers in all of Arizona. Over the past 10 years B.J. has trained numerous top level middle, high school, and collegiate players as well as working with professional players in the NBA as well as overseas.
Jeremy Scott is a Prolab Sponsored Athlete – is a Nationally Published Author and lifelong fitness junkie who earned his B.A. Degree Cum Laude from Waldorf College, where he was a scholarship collegiate basketball player. Upon graduating, Jeremy earned fitness certifications through the International Sports and Science Association, as well as the IYCA for High School Strength & Conditioning and Youth Nutrition
