The Reebok CrossFit Nanossage, are created to allow you to decompress post-workout. Inspired by the foam roller, this shoe is built on a natural last and features a 4mm drop with ultra soft cushioned foam. Dual web pull entry allows for easy on, easy off. Machine washable.

To me they are like having a rumbler type roller on your feet without the “pain” of course. These bad boys are super soft, huge drop, great cushion, and for doing my daily things like – grocery store shopping, walking the dog, running around town, or whatever I am doing while not training. They have a soft theraputic feel to them which I love as I am a huge corrective exercise guys and love feeling good between workouts.
