Mint Lemon Smoothie

1/2 lemon

½ cup cantaloupe

1 small pear

2 tablespoon fresh mint

2 cups kale

1/2 unsweetned vanilla almomod milk

1 scoop MRI Immune Fit

1 Scoop PROLAB Vanilla Whey Isolate

1 Scoop pHresh Greens  

Lemon Strawberry Smoothie

½ teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 lemon Peeled

5 large strawberries

2 cups kale

1/2 banana

1/2 unsweetended vanilla almond milk

1 Scoop MRI Immune Fit

1 Scoop PROLAB Vanilla Whey Isolate 

1 Scoop pHresh Greens 

 

Banana Lemon Smoothie

1/2 lemon peeled

1/2 banana

2 cups kale

1/2 unsweetned vanilla almond milk

1/2 tsp agave nectar

1 Scoop MRI Immune Fit

1 Scoop PROLAB Vanilla Whey Isolate 

1 Scoop pHresh Greens
