Blackberry Blizzard – Jeremy Scott Fitness –Get Lean Gluten Free
My blackberry blizzard is not only bad ass tasting but it’s also a great way to get your protein intake up and get some extra greens into your life, which is always a good thing!!!
A nice little added bonus you can throw in an extra scoop of L-Glutamine to aid in your recovery after a tough training session!
- 1 Scoop PROLAB Vanilla Whey Isolate
- 1 Tsp. pHresh Greens –
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Blackberries
- 1 Tsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 handful of kale – (you can’t taste it trust me)
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Tsp. PROLAB L-Glutamine
- 4-5 Large Ice Cubes
Real simple blend all ingredients in any high-speed blender until smooth and enjoy, simple easy and tastes awesome.
I personally love to have this blizzard post workout, sometimes even pre-workout pending on the session and if I get super crazy I might even have it before bed as a treat….BOOM!
