I know most of the country is freezing, but here in AZ spring has arrived and it’s about 80 degrees & sunny each day. So as spring training baseball arrives I wanted to share a quick clean healthy blackberry protein popsicle treat with you guys – 100% gluten free of course!!!
Blackberry Protein Popsicle –Get Lean Gluten FREE
1 Cup Frozen Blackberries
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 small container organic greek yogurt (vanilla)
2 Scoops PROLAB Vanilla Whey Isolate
1 Scoop pHresh Greens (sneak those veggies in guys)
Throw all contents into your blender (I used a Ninja) for about 15-30 seconds.
Pour contents into Popsicle containers (you can find these at most grocery stores for about $2) – let freeze until solid usually 1-2 hours they are done.
Serve on a hot spring Scottsdale day!!!
