1. Where are you originally from?
I am originally from Ferndale, MI
2. How long have you been coming to JSF?
I have been coming to JSF since April 2013.
3. What was your fitness regimen prior to JSF and what made you choose/switch to JSF?
Before joining JSF I would spend 1.5 – 2 hours at the gym. I would warm up for 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and then do a strength-training workout. Some days I would do one of the classes that were offered at the gym: spin, kickboxing, step aerobics.
4. What do you like best about JSF?
There are so many things I like about JSF that I don’t think I can limit it to just one. I love how quick the workout is, how hard the workouts are and the personalized training. I had reached a plateau and I wanted to get leaner. Jeremy suggested I try Intermittent Fasting (IF) where you fast for 16 hours and eat for 8. This has really helped me to slim down especially in the belly. It fits into my lifestyle and I don’t feel deprived.
5. What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I like to read, cook, play games and hang out with my family.
6. What is your favorite cheat meal?
My favorite cheat meal….wine, vodka, pizza, fries…jeez…anything bad for you really!
7. What is your advice for other members to get great results?
My advice to other members to get great results would be that it really is all about what you put in your mouth. Plain and simple. If you have a bad eating meal/day. Start eating right on the next meal.
