Jeremy Scott Fitness Athlete Of The Month
Where are you originally from? I was born and raised here in Phoenix, AZ.
How long have you been coming to JSF? I think I have been coming to JSF since November of 2012.
What was your fitness regimen prior to JSF and what made you choose/switch to JSF? Prior to JSF I was running, playing soccer, and occasionally doing a circuit type workout with a personal trainer. I chose JSF because I was hooked after my first time coming! I love the quick 30 minutes that it takes, all of the people, and that the workouts are always different.
What do you like best about JSF? That’s tough, but probably the environment. I already enjoy working out everyday but it’s even better when there is a supportive group of people cheering you on and you like the workout!
What do you like to do in your free time? I like to spend time with my family, friends, and puppies 🙂 hike, shop, and just be outdoors.
What’s your favorite cheat meal? Oh boy… It’s a tie between macaroni and cheese or pizza.
What is your advice for other members to get great results? I think one good advice tip is to make friends with people that go to JSF during the time you go. It holds you accountable for going and also makes it more enjoyable. You can encourage each other to go which will definitely help with getting results 🙂
