Spicy Spaghetti Squash Casserole…..Gluten Free
………with Shrimp, Sausage and Peppers

1 spaghetti squash
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 package of chicken sausage
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 teaspoons of sea salt
1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
1 ½ teaspoons of crushed red pepper
1 ½ teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound shrimp
1 onion chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 yellow pepper chopped
2 jalapenos (1 if you don’t want that spicy)
½ jar of pasta sauce
Preheat the oven to 400 while it’s preheating cut the spaghetti squash the longways in half and spoon out all the seed. bake the squash face down in a little bit of water for about 45 minutes or until the outside of the squash is soft.
While the squash is cooking add garlic sausage and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil into a saute pan. In a small bowl combine all the dry spices. Once the sausage is cooked add the shrimp, cook the shrimp until it is finished. Chopp all the peppers and jalapenos.
Add in the baking pan, spaghetti squash, chopped peppers and jalapenos, your meat mixture, and top with dry spices and spaghetti sauce.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 350 or until the sauce is warm. Remove and Serve!
