How long have you been coming to JSF? 1 year
What was your fitness regimen prior to JSF and what made you choose/switch to JSF?
I spent week day mornings at 24 Hour Fitness on machines…and on weekend my fitness focused on curling ice cream, pasta and wine up to my face.
When I decided to move to Phoenix, I was lucky enough to have already heard about JSF. After reading the JSF website I was hopeful that Jeremy would be the one who could help me make some serious changes and give me some serious bad ass body transformation help. When I met Jeremy for the first time, with his cut to the chase, no bullshit questions, I knew if anyone could help keep me focused and going the right direction he could. If you’re all in, he’s all in.
What do you like best about JSF?
The people, everyone at JSF is so supportive and you quickly find yourself part of a big fitness family who are always ready to cheer you on.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Exploring new places and finding new active adventures. Since moving to Arizona I’ve filled most of my free time with hiking. I’ve always wanted to be able to climb a mountain without hyperventilating and feeling the anxiety of being “the slow one”. If you want to be a better hiker, go hiking.
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
Sugar, especially in the form of chocolate….and yes I would like that to be the WHOLE MEAL.
What is your advice for other members to get great results?
A few months back I cleaned out all of the clothes that didn’t fit me anymore…my closet was basically empty. I looked at my empty closet and said, “If you do everything Jeremy tells you to do then you too can have a new wardrobe, multiple times.” I think I’m on my third set of smaller sizes.
To get great results, I’ll break it down in the Jeremy Scott, non-sugar coated style… it’s going to be hard, it’s going to be a lot of adjusting (for you & the people in your life), it’s going to take a lot of commitment and pure dedication and it’s not going to happen overnight. There are days you are going to feel like a complete failure, and you are going to need Jeremy to smack you on the head to snap out of it. Listen to the JSF team, they are there to teach and help you learn and succeed. If you embrace the process and have it become your life and not just a temporary solution the results will continuously come and blow your mind.
I’ve lost 80 pounds this year, dropped 12 pant sizes, got off all medications and that’s just a few of my “wins.” What’s fascinating to me is the results haven’t stopped coming, at JSF that’s just how things roll, when you trust and live the process.
Congrats Stacy on a most amazing transformation – the best is truly yet to come – keep up the kick ass work we are more than proud of how far you have come in just 365 short days!!!
