Pizza Spaghetti Squash Bake

Prep Time – 20 Minutes 

Cook Time – 1 Hour 

Total Time – 1 Hour & 20 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 large spaghetti squash 
1 pound italian sausage ( we uses a sweet & spicy flavored) 
1 cup organic pizza sauce (no sugar added)
Seat salt & pepper to taste 1 teaspo
1 onion sliced (white or yellow works) 
3 eggs -whisk them 
(We sprinkled mozzerella & added some basil for added flavor)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Place spaghetti squash open side down on a cooking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until done. 
Once squash is done baking, clean out the guts and place them an 8×8 sprayed cooking dish.
Oner medium to high hear add onion and sasuage -cook until done. 
Dump pizza sauce and salt and pepper to the and mix well.
Throw sausage mixture into the 8×8 dish and mix well with spaghetti squash guts.
Add whisked eggs to the cooking dish and mix everything together. 
Put in oven and bake for 1 hour or until the top of the mixture has a light crust forming. 
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. 

If I had to guess the “NET CARBS” would be about 12-15g per serving – enjoy this low carb high protein meal and give me a shout out if you do!
