Athlete Spotlight Scott Wood – Jeremy Scott Fitness
What brought you to Jeremy Scott Fitness and how long have you been a member?
Been a member 4 years. Like most people, I have had multiple exercise regimes in my adult life. Most of them on and off every few months. What brought me to Jeremy was the HIIT program and a 30 minute commitment. I’m all about efficiency. Practically every day of my life is scheduled in 30 minute slots. No one can say that they don’t have 30 minutes. Mission accomplished. I have been attending 3-4 times a week for 4 years. By far, the longest and most consistent exercise regime for me.
How did you feel at the beginning when you joined?
I had been going to a boot camp previously that was mostly attended by a bunch of twenty somethings (I’m 53). I needed a change. The nice thing about JSF is that it’s appropriate for any age or stage in life. You make your own individual adjustments.
How do you feel now?
I feel like I am in the all around best conditioning that I have been in many years. Mostly, because of the complete body workout.
What have you accomplished since working with Jeremy Scott Fitness?
I have found a consistent exercise program that I have proven to myself that I can stick with the rest of my life. I have maintained my weight for 4 years. Body fat % has gone from 27% to 20%. And, I wear the same pant size as 4 years ago.
In one word how would you describe Jeremy Scott Fitness?
What advice do you have for others?
Stop thinking about it and just do it…sign up for JSF…I tell everyone who will listen.
