Everybody loves a nice set of defined arms no matter if it’s pool party season or winter time. From the guy who wants jacked guns to the female who is striving to have a little more definition this is a great little upperbody challenge to try.
I threw together this upperbody session for my homies over at Men’s Health Magazine and wanted to share it here via video with you guys.
All you guys need for this workout is a set of DB to get rocking, find a load that challenges you but is not so heavy our form goes to crap.
