Social Media Influence Podcast

Social Media Influence Podcast click here to listen to my most recent podcast on the good the bad the ugly on social media.

Let me kick off quick by saying I love Social Media for all the good it does in the world, but on the same note there is a lot of bad and ugly out there on social that can be toxic to your health and happiness.

Disclaimer: if you are truly happy with your life choices, feel fulfilled, rarely complain and love your life then most of this doesn’t apply to you.

However on social what I have seen over the past decade there is more and more of….

People out there showing their fake life, house they bought they are $500k or more in debt for, or even worse posing in front of a rent house like they own it.

People leasing crazy expensive cars posing like they own them, or having $400-500-$600-$700 a month car payments. …which is almost as dumb in my opinion.

People posting airbrushed, photo shopped, staged photos showing their bodies in perfect lighting at all the right angles.

NOW if you are guilty of comparing your life to others STOP immediately it’s a sickness and will rob you of your life’s joy.

My point for sharing all this is that: what you see is not always what you get – which brings me to the key takeaway – having social media influence is just that you have a power to influence the choices and minds of others in every area of life you are considered an “expert” – so I take it serious and want to be as transparent as possible with you guys. About how I eat, train, spend my time, spend my money and live my life both inside and outside of the gym.

I will say things are easy if they are hard.

I will never front or pose like I am crushing it if I am struggling.

I will never tell you guys anything but the truth, whether it’s sexy or not.

I will share my wins and failures all the same with you.

My advice to all of you who are on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat etc.

Audit who you follow for maximum happiness.

STOP following people on social media who make you feel bad about yourself.

STOP scrolling in envy of others and comparing your body, your home, your car, your relationships, and your life to theirs… it’s a toxic practice.

START consuming people who educate or entertain you and add positive value to your life.

Until next time eat well, train hard & be nice to people.
