Berry Vanilla Overnight Oats
SERVINGS: 2 servings
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop of Jaylab vanilla protein CLICK HERE
- 4 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds
- 1 tsp honey or low sugar maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
- ½ cup berries of choice (Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
- Cinnamon to taste
Instructions: Combine everything in a bowl. Split mixture into two bowls equally. Place in fridge overnight. Top with berries and sprinkle with cinnamon in the morning. Enjoy!
