Citrus Green Smoothie
1 handful of ice
1 scoop of Jaylab vanilla protein CLICK HERE
1 cup of coconut water or coconut milk
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 scoop of Athletic Greens CLICK HERE
1 orange (peeled) and juiced
½ lemon squeezed
½ lime squeeze
~ Combine all ingredients in a blender and garnish with an orange slice! Enjoy!
