Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
1 scoop of Jaylab vanilla protein powder CLICK HERE PP10 to save 10%
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup almond milk
½ packet of oats
1 tbsp organic coconut oil 1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2-4 tablespoons of low sugar maple syrup (based on how sweet you like it)
1/4 cup egg whites
4 tbsp powder peanut butter
- Coat pan with coconut oil spray and heat on low
- In a small bowl whisk or beat egg whites only to a fluffy consistency
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and add the egg whites last.
- Pour batter into pan and flip when ready!
Top it off with coconut whipped cream, real nut butter, toasted nuts, drizzle with honey or maple syrup!
