Another day of healthy eating and training hard…… Sometimes I give you guys a look into my training, my diet, my life, well here is one more look at the inside of my refrigerator. I have no secrets this is what I eat 99% of the time, chicken, fish, steak, veggies, eggs, cottage cheese, ect…..
Now take a look at your refrigerator is it stocked with things to build an amazing body? When you train you are tearing your body down, and the only way to build it up is by fueling yourself with the right foods. Open your fridge and evaluate how hard you are really working on those fitness goals!
