Halloween Boot Camp for the Cure
Team Jeremy Scott Fitness will be holding a special Halloween Boot Camp for the Cure
on October 29th Saturday at 8:15am and 9:00am
Location -7464 E. Tierra Buena Lane Scottsdale, AZ 85260 –
Right down from Cracker Jacks in Kierland area Scottsdale.
Camp Cost- Donation only- bring as much as you would like to donate!!!!
Half of all proceeds go to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure –Breast Cancer Awareness
This will be a 30 minute Express Boot Camp Halloween Style: Campers are required to bring a Pumpkin…..yes a Pumpkin about the size of a basketball/volleyball to be used like a medicine ball. Costumes are also encouraged….it is Halloween after all!!!
You can approach Halloween one of two ways. The first option is to go nuts with all of the eats and treats. The second is to indulge in moderation and offset any extra caloric consumption with a seasonal pumpkin workout. I recommend the workout option… it’s a lot more figure-friendly!
Again it’s an all donation camp- Remember please bring a pumpkin basketball/volleyball size, and again costumes are encouraged!!!!
It’s a chance to raise awareness for a great cause, and get a great workout in while having fun at the same time!
