Teddie Peanut Butter GO-TO Recipes

If you are looking to mix things up when it comes to your post-workout nutriton, I suggest you give this Chocolate Teddie Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie a try. My wife came up with this creation and offically gave it the title “Teddie Peanut Butter Chunky Monkey Protein Smoothie.” 

All you need to get started is: 

A quality blender we use the Ninja Pro

Ice Cubes 3-6 large 

1/2 cup Almond Coconut blend Milk 

1 Scoop Chocolate Prograde Protein Powder 

2 TBSP Teddie Peanut Butter CLICK HERE

1 TBSP Cocoa Powder 

2 TBSP Cocoa/Coconut/Flax/Chia Seed Blend 

1/2 Banana 

1 Small Truvia Packet 

Simply add everything into your Ninja blend and enjoy! 

I also love this simple in a rush, late night or post-workout strawberry & banana PB Rice Cake. 

The setup is so simple: grab a rice cake “cinnamon roll flavor shown” lay on a thick layer of Teddie Peanut Butter

Slice your strawberry and banana to add to the top and throw in a little extra fruit if it fits your macros and you are all set!
